I have just done this on both of my browsers IE and FireFox and Its worked a treat my pages are loading so fast its untrue!
Apparently by default web browsers are setup to function with dial up 56 k and the like modems.
This tweak bumps it to work with broadband you will be amazed at the improvement in speed.
Here are some extra tweaks to speed up FireFox:
The video suggests that you set ’network.http.pipelining.maxrequests’ to '10'. I suggest you set it to '30' to get even more speed out of it.
Set ‘network.http.proxy.pipelining’ to ‘true’.
Right-click anywhere in the browser window and select New -> Integer. Name it ‘nglayout.initialpaint.delay’ and set it to '0'. This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

3. Luckily for u lost this can also be installed server side
Which I already did, so botn probably wont be too much faster after doing this because it already takes advantage of it
