We are pleased to announce that the BoTn World Cup 2 will begin shortly. The BoTn world cup 2 will only be open to the first 32 players that sign up, however if there are more than 32 players that wish to take part there will be a restructure of groups to accomodate them.

The Signup will be open here from 6 pm on sunday 11th of Feb so be here or miss out.

Here are some dates for your diary before putting your name down.

Auction info:
Will open as sooon as the cup list is full and will end on Friday 24th Feb at midnight.

Group Stages:
To be played 27th Feb - 5th Mar

Last 16:
To be played 6th - 10th March

Quarter Finals:
To be played 11th - 15th March

Semi Finals:
To be played 16th - 19th March

World Cup Final and 3rd 4ht playoff:
To be played 19th - 22nd March

As most of you may know already I have implemented a private chat facility for the website.

This allows you to chat privately with another member on the site without the need for external messengers.

Its basically an instant messenger - it will also allow offline messages to be sent.

To use this just goto someones profile and on the INFO page click the relevant link [near the top right]

It is available to everyone now for a limited period only so use it when you can.

You will automatically be notified if someone wants to chat with you and be presented with options accordingly!

It also now works with IE fine :)

We have now finished developing a new feature for the site
Its the Back of the Net TOOLBAR!!

Why should you download it? Here are a list of a few of the features the BOTN Toolbar gives you:

Ive added fixtures 5 and 6, for the three divisions in the bookies. You can now bet on them. You can only place bets up until 8pm the night before the fixture is released. Good luck playing the fixtures, and get to the bookies and make yourself some money. After all the more money, the better the team you get in BOTN leagues and cups

Another successful Minicup saw 14 entrants for a Chelsea vs Liverpool theme.

The final was contested between Luke3300 (Chelsea) and manc 4 life (Liverpool) with both players looking for their first major BoTn trophy.

A tight affair the final was level at 3 goals a piece and so penalties were needed to decide it. Manc 4 life finally getting the better of Luke 8-7 on pens.

Final result: Luke 3 - 3 manc 4 life. Manc 4 life wins 8-7 on pens.

Congrats go out to all who took part.

The BoTn Lotto has been restructured.

We will now have a daily draw of 5 000 Euros and a weekly saturday draw of 50 000 Euro's and a super jackpot draw held every 4th saturday with a jackpot of 100 000 Euro's.

Ticket prices for the daily draw will remain at 100 Euros
Ticket prices for the weekly super draw will cost 250 Euros
ticket prices for the Super Monthly Draw will cost 500 Euro's.

After weeks, months and what seems like years, the final of the 1st BoTn Champions League has been played.

Congrats go out to MARADONA86 (Juventus)for beating SPR Mackem(Liverpool), 3-2 over the two legs in two close games.

Another trophy has now been added to Maradonas already bulging trophy cabinet and EURO rewards have been given to those finishing in the top 4 spots.

Winner - Maradona86 (Juventus)
Runnerup - SPR Mackem (Liverpool)
3rd Place - Jonboyo (Inter)
4th Place - A HERO EMERGES (Chelsea)
