Here are a few pointers about tournament results submissions:

All tournament results MUST be submitted via the tournament page, the submission form can be found at the bottom of the page and will ONLY show when you have a confirmed opponent.

Any games you submit will have to be confirmed by your opponent the same way league games are confirmed. Only after confirmation will the tournament table be updated.

A number of people have reported problems with posting results for both the tournament and league games.

I have fixed two errors in the system and have tested and should all work OK!

In future could ANYONE with problems message me straight away please so i can fix it.

If anyone doesnt understand the away goal rule that we will be using in the upcoming tournaments then heres a refresher:

m0nkey vs tomski:
[home] - m0nkey 2 - 1 tomski - [away]
[home] - tomski 2 - 1 m0nkey - [away]

The aggregate score for both matches comes out as 3-3, a tie. So we play the away goal rule where you DOUBLE every away goal scored. This comes out as:

[home] - m0nkey 4 - 4 tomski - [away]

So again me and tomski are at a tie. So now we setup a 5 minute game, I host as I was the away player in the previous leg, and set penalties to ON!

The WINNER then submits the aggregate score of all games. Obviously as we will have a winner there is no need to double away goals when submitting the final score in THIS instance

We have made a slight change to the site rules to reflect a new change we are about to make.

From tonight we will run regular automated checks to see if people are being active enough. To this effect anyone who has not logged in to the site will be removed from any league they may be in. This also goes for reserve players.

This will allow us to automatically trim the wheat from the chaff and help maintain an active, healthy site where people have the time to make it work.

For the new season, there is hopefully going to be a section where u can see where everyone is from it will be displayed on a cool looking map, hopefully!
To do this, we need you all to provide information for where you are situated.
Please go to the general section of the forums and post your location in the: 'where are you from' topic.

The first back of the net tournament is now open, signup through the tournament link on the main site navigation.

N.B. This tournament, and most likely ALL future tournaments will only be available to active players.

This tournament requires a minimum of 10 games to have been played on the site before you can sign up. Any questions message me.

As some of you MAY be aware I have been working on a tournament system these past few days. It is almost complete and we will look to starting the first tournament [with probably 32 places] at the end of NEXT week to coincide with the leagues finishing.

Keep your eyes peeled as this tourny will be first come first served!
